Hunter

 Hunter my dear
You are one
Unlike any before
Hunter, my boy
You will grow
Strong and tall
You will beat all the odds against you
And you will hunt the largest prey
Hunter, my dear
To God, you must pray
Fall to your knees and speak the prayer
Yell your loudest battlecry
Please The Lord and he'll please you
Promise me you would before I die
Hunter my dear boy
You are a knight and a warrior
You are never honour-bound
You stand tall amongst the sinners
They are lost, you are found
You remain the last bastion
A place to defend against all the wars
A hunter capable of inspiring
The one who fills them all with hope
On the back of the horse
You ride forth
And you take the lead
Charging into battle
You know no defeat
And in the darkest nights
Your sword will burn bright
You will cause the blights
Upon your enemies
Hunter my dearest
You know your truth
You know to take aim and fire
Your arrows one after another
And in the silence
You pray
And they become prey
Speak your heart out
Yell out what you've got
You are the only one who can save us
From ourselves
We are stupid and weak
You are greatest among them all
You will inspire the people
And make them whole
A world without fire
Is a world dark and cold
A world with your inner fire
Will forever burn
Burn bright and kill the darkness
Burn just and kill injustice
Destroy the oppression
End the depression
You are an instrument of war
But my dearest boy
You are also the man
Who loved it all
Those most fit to lead
Are always those who want not
They wish to just be alone
Left to their instruments
They want to take charge
But only of their own lives
Take charge of us all
And you will lead us
To the victory we've needed
Break the chains that bind
Free us from our inner selves
Be our eyes when we're blind
Hunter, hunt
And never come back empty handed
And if you do, don't fret
For we will know you've tried
Hunter you are to be the best
A hero may be remembered
But you'll be a legend
And legends never die
