 If you were alone
How would you feel?
See me, I feel safe
Abandoned in place
But safe
I feel free
Set alone to be
Everything I wanna be
On my own
I am right
Or wrong
Doesn't matter now does it?
If my own self is down I hug it
I set myself free when I said fuck it
And left everything behind
I walked away
It took some time
For the freedom to settle in
It was always

I realized a couple of things
Being alone expands the brain
It's an addiction
More dangerous than anything
Because it kills afflictions
It might cause you some pain
But here's the kicker
If you can maintain
Your sanity
When alone you will become

It's the key to evolution
To lead the revolution
Of you against you
See to become free
One must renounce what they used to be
One must become something new
Something pure
Something forged by destiny
Seeking freedom alone
What a journey
To be on your own
From night till morning

It's natural, really

A lot better than ever before
